Skip Sizes & Services

If you have a front garden or drive then we will leave the skip there. If you need the skip placed on public land such as a road or pavement, a permit will be required from the local council. We can arrange this permit for you - just let us know when booking. The permit typically takes 3-5 working days to arrange.

Skips can normally be hired for up to 2 weeks. However, this can be extended for a longer period, subject to arrangement. Please contact us if you need the skip for a longer duration and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

The size of skip you need depends on your project. As a general guide: a 4-yard skip is suitable for small garden clearances (30-40 bin bags), a 6-8 yard skip for home renovations (50-80 bin bags), and 10-16 yard skips for larger commercial projects (90-160+ bin bags). If you're unsure, give us a call and we'll help you choose the right size.

Yes! We offer same day delivery across London and surrounding areas, subject to availability. We also offer next day delivery as standard. Call us as early as possible for the best chance of same day service.

Certain items are prohibited from skips including: fridges/freezers, tyres, paint cans, TVs/monitors, asbestos, clinical/medical waste, fluorescent tubes, solvents, liquids, oil, food waste, batteries, gas bottles, and hazardous/toxic materials.
